The Royal Tart Toter is an old candy person who has gone
crazy with age. He first appeared in the episode "The Other Tarts," where he was said to transport the tarts made in the Tartorium to the Bad Lands. His last appearance was in the Candy Kingdom mental institution in the episode "Princess Cookie."
