Barb is Ed's wife in the episode "Web Weirdos." Throughout the episode, Ed and her are fighting about how Ed thinks she's disgusting when she spins a web. At one point, she gets so mad that she almost eats Ed. At the end of the episode, Barb gives birth to thousands of tiny Spider Babies.
