The Fear Feaster was in the episode "Ocean of Fear." He lives in Finn's gut, and doesn't hide how much he hates it. The Fear Feaster constantly leaves Finn's gut throughout the episode to insult Finn and call him a wuss for his fear of the ocean. At the end of the episode, the Fear Feaster is defeated by Finn and the Three Wise Men who also live in Finn's gut. When he is defeated, the Fear Feaster regretably returns to Finn's gut. In "King Worm," he appears again to unlock Finn's greatest fears through his stomach. Fear Fester also likes to use sarcasm. It is unknown where it is now.
